Your role

Are you an expert at connecting business requirements to technical solutions? Are you an expert at stakeholder management across all levels and roles?

We’re looking for a Data & Analytics Translator (BA/PM) to:
  • have entrepreneurial and analytical mindset with a passion to make organizations more data-driven
  • partner with the business to support and shape their analytics and data science strategy, ambitions, roadmaps and operating models
  • translate business requirements relating to AI, data and analytics into technical solutions and advise on how the data science workbench and the data marketplace can be leveraged
  • identify opportunities to build reusable data products, AI & Analytics concepts and use-case components, thus promoting reuse solutions across the bank
  • ensure smooth operational onboarding for new teams and use-cases to leverage the data marketplace and data science workbench tools including the technical setup, training and support, staffing, governance, project management support, etc.
  • support use case portfolio management of the businesses, including use case impact assessments and business case formulation for AI initiatives
  • engage with teams across the firm to drive training and enablement activities including delivering demos and bootcamps to foster the adoption of analytics and data science tools

Your team

You’ll be working within the global Artificial Intelligence, Data & Analytics Center of Expertise team, closely interacting with our business professionals and data scientist teams across the bank. You will be joining a team of technologists that are helping to scale, build and leverage data and AI in the business. The team partners with different divisions across the Bank to develop innovative digital solutions and expand our technical expertise into new areas. The team has recently been founded and you will have the opportunity to further shape and establish its footprint in the organization.

Your expertise

  • a Bachelors or Masters degree in business, economics, data science, computer science or other technical background
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in AI/Analytics environment, Analytics translation and project management, business analysis or similar, developing end-to-end AI, Analytics or Technology solutions
  • ability to structure, own and drive multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, changing environment
  • ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements with concrete actions
  • capacity to hold workshops and communicate complex technical concepts and results in a clear, engaging, and precise manner to diverse audiences
It would be a plus if you have:
  • conceptual AI knowledge and programming skills in Python and / or SQL
  • demonstration of integrity, ownership, creativity, curiosity, dedication and strategic thinking
  • experience in agile methods
