Your Key Responsibilities

As Dealer Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for building and implement a pilot project in regards to Dealer marketing services to dealers. You will manage the project set up and follow up during the months of the pilot in collaboration with the Senior Dealer Marketing Advisor for EMEA and with the agency selected to offer this service to EMEA dealers. This is cross-functional and cross-country assignment, so you will be connecting the dots between all of them. Finally, you will monitor the results, the learnings and the outcome of the pilot as well as the feasibility to extend it to a bigger scope.

You will also be supporting the Senior Dealer Marketing Advisor EMEA in Dealer marketing tools, programs and training for dealers in Europe.

Your Main Responsibilities Can Be Described As Follows
  • Set up and implement a Dealer marketing service pilot project for EMEA
  • Follow up and monitor the results and recap the learnings for a possible scope extension
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders to align them on the timing and tasks
  • Prepare and implement the communication plan for dealers
  • Support the development of tools, programs and trainings for dealers in Europe
Your Qualifications And Skills
  • Degree in Communications or Marketing or Project Management
  • First work experience in related field is a plus
  • Fluent in English in written and oral
  • Any other European language would be an asset
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good organization skills and ability to prioritize
  • Proactive solution-oriented mindset and customer focused
  • Flexible and able to operate independently in a complex international business environment
This position is located in Lausanne, Switzerland. Full time or possibility of 80%. 6 months internship from February to July 2021 (possible extension of 3 months).
