Within the Supply Chain Department, you will report and partner with the Head of Distribution. You will be in charge of your product lines and will liaise with all counterparts around the world in order to implement and design new processes and solutions


YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL BY


  • Analyzing and predicting short and mid-term needs by market and collection based on past sales performance, network evolution, client and product strategy.
  • Proposing relevant assortments for each point of sales to support the sales ambition and represent our product portfolio.
  • Discussing markets’ inventory level, suggesting re-balancing and corrective actions on allocations models.
  • Assisting the Head of Distribution Planning in the preparation and implementation of new distribution flows.
  • Building and distributing standard dashboards related to markets supply chain indicators.
  • Interacting with markets, sales and other key partners to better project the needs and optimize stock efficiency

YOUR PROFILE

  • Team spirit mindset
  • Feel at ease with driving projects and cultural changes in a matrix organization
  • Effective management positions with solid supply chain experiences
  • Fluency in spoken and written in English and another language
  • Desired skills: analytical, leadership, team player, communication and convincing skills, solid understanding of Supply chain/ Retail/Logistics/Manufacturing.
