Your role

We’re looking for a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist to:

  • support DE&I initiatives from concept to implementation
  • work in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure progress on our UBS DE&I agenda
  • work in partnership with HR colleagues to ensure that our policies and people practices support the UBS DE&I agenda
  • provide guidance and support for employee networks
  • manage relationships with vendors to make sure we’re working with best-in class leaders and thinkers
  • provide business management support, covering a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including process improvement, presentations and budget coordination

Your team

You’ll be working as an integral part of the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team. Reporting to the Head of DE&I Switzerland, you will be responsible for strategic projects, leading organizational change and crafting policy and practice to move our inclusion strategy forward. DE&I is a strategic business priority of UBS and its Group Executive Board.

Your expertise

  • subject matter expert in DE&I and a proven track record in making a positive difference in DE&I, across large, complex organizations
  • a rigorous approach to data analytics and using data insights to influence decision making
  • an understanding of what it takes to run successful projects with evidence of getting things done
  • strong communication skills – equally at ease in presenting in formal or informal settings. Fluency in German and French is required.
  • experience in business management
