About This Opportunity

We are hiring an EMEA Sales Operations Manager, EMEA HQ Rotkreuz based, who will be leading a team of 5 salesforce.com administrators and hereby ensuring that our operational territory business requirements from 5 core and 7 expansion countries are perfectly support.

As EMEA Sales Operations Manager you will report to the EMEA Director of Sales Excellence. You will develop reporting for Sales Excellence to understand key business issues and provide business insights and recommendation to maximize business opportunities and foster sustainable growth.

You will be responsible to work as business partner for our Global Expansion Team developing our operational backbone of our sales territory structure in Salesforce.com for min. 8 new countries within the next 12months.

In this role, you will…
  • Serve as primary Leader for our EMEA Sales Force System Hierarchy and Territory structure in Salesforce.com with 1100+ users, managing a team that is working on admin functions including on & offboarding of users, user account maintenance, security setting including roles, profiles, sharing rules, queues and groups, creation of reports and dashboards and other sales operation routine tasks
  • Lead and manage the EMEA Salesforce.com Territory setup for all EMEA countries on a quarterly basis. Partnering with local General Managers, Area Sales Managers and Finance Managers to ensure local markets understand and comply with Align Technology Inc. EMEA Sales territory rules.
  • Manage our quarterly target setting process which requires a proficiency Excel knowhow working with local area sales managers & Finance managers to ensure strong optimization of sales territory structure for EMEA.
  • Manage and administer all technical aspects of our Salesforce ETM
  • Work with EMEA IT Development team & Business Analyst to develop new solutions based on business requirements in Salesforce.com
  • Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and create and provide relevant sales training materials to assist with onboarding new sales talent
  • Be responsible to conduct data analysis to support business planning, including territory allocation, sales target allocation, budget analysis and allocation and annual operating plan strategy forming and executing based on sales territory structure.
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and deliver regular insights to the business. Define and deliver recommendations to improve the funnel performance for sales management
  • Produce and review actionable and accurate sales reporting for country managers, sales leaders, and executive team
  • Develop reporting analysis with Data Analytics team based on sales user performance and managing communications to sales leaders to drive success
  • Work closely with local Customer Success Teams and EMEA Business Operations team to ensure Salesforce database is accurate and identify process improvements needed to avoid data issue
In this role, you’ll need …
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance or equivalent work experience as Sales Operations Team Lead
  • Experience of managing multinational team and strong stakeholder management skills
  • 3+ years of sales operations experience including experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
  • com Admin (201 & 211) certified preferred
  • Experience with Dataloader, Salesforce inspector, Workbench, Salesforce.com Enterprise Territory Management
  • Sales Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
  • Strong data management abilities and analytic skills (PowerBI experience desired)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Excel PowerQuery desired)
  • Roll-up-your-sleeves approach with a willingness to take on "non-role-specific" duties as needed to support the Sales Force Excellence team and business
