In this role, you will…
  • Drive the execution of the Invisalign Personalized Plans and templates strategies for the EMEA region
  • Be responsible for the commercialization in the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with the global and local relevant stakeholders
  • Align with the project local leads to ensure a solid Doctors funnel and a consistent recruitment process
  • Have a high focus on the customer experience through surveys, feedback monitoring and targeted communication
  • Continuously thrive for commercialization processes optimization
  • Ensure consistent and fluid communication with the local teams and the relevant cross-functional stakeholders
  • Be responsible and accountable for KPIs
In this role, you’ll need …
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in a scientific or business related field.
  • > 3 years of proven work experience in Product Management at regional level.
  • Industry background in the medical device field, preferably with products that are sensitive to active consumer/patient demand
  • Analytical and business acumen
  • Highly effective communication skills
  • Highly organized with proficiency in project management
  • Solid problem-solving ability
  • Experience in transformational projects
  • Appropriate sense of urgency
