Your field of responsibility


In this role, you will join our global Employer Brand and HR Marketing team and drive our employer brand strategy and candidate marketing activities forward. You lead employer brand projects with a primary focus on Switzerland and digital channels and are responsible for the translation of the recruitment, culture and diversity and inclusion goals into marketing campaigns and opportunities based on brand, market and candidate insights. You oversee the creation, execution and reporting of campaigns, working with external agencies and internal resources. The role also includes the management of specific marketing initiatives and projects that support our strategic recruitment priorities as required.

In this role, you will be a member of a small team, that is passionate about employer branding and HR marketing topics, dedicated to delivering a great candidate experience across our marketing channels. We collaborate with functions across the global businesses and regions, leveraging the power of the Global Marketing organisation.


This position offers remote working opportunities for an agreed amount of days per week.

Your skills and experience


You will be a good match, if you have:

  • Experience in a recruitment marketing position (minimum 3 years)
  • Experience in campaign development, execution and reporting, including the ability to write and edit publishing-ready content and create exciting, relevant and differentiating assets with a focus on digital channels, including social media, website content and articles, marketing collateral and videos
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding analytical skills, including an understanding of data and candidate research
  • Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders within and outside marketing
  • Experience in employer brand strategy is an asset
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
