Head of Digital Client Experience

In Digital Banking, we put our clients first and prioritise the client experience in every single product we build. With user experience being a key driver of innovation, you will have the chance to shape the delivery of our strategy, designing outstanding products with a seamless user experience across a broad portfolio of applications, tools and products for both our internal and external clients.

You and your team will be involved in all digitalization initiatives from inception, ensuring our clients always remain front and centre as we build simple, usable products from complex domains. You will have the autonomy to shape the UX capability and solutions, exploring and improving the design process employing design thinking, fast prototyping and user centric design. You will lead a team of UX/UI Designers and UX Researchers and will have direct access to our client base in UX labs and research studies.

You are a seasoned UX professional with outstanding communication and senior stakeholder management skills, broad experience leading inception & design thinking workshops and experience creating beautiful and intuitive client centric user interfaces.

• 8+ years of professional UX design experience and superior Mobile and Web UI design skills
• 5+ years of experience leading a UX discipline in a large organization and leading, managing and mentoring a mid-size team of creative designers and researchers
• Strong ability to understand technical implications in design decisions
• Previous experience in the financial industry, with a familiarity with agile delivery methods
• A cross-disciplinary approach to problem solving in teamwork with visual design, development, strategy
• A deep understanding of Design Thinking methodologies and research methods
• You can clearly communicate design rationale and recommendations
• Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Invision or other visual design, wire-framing and prototyping tools
• A passion for all things in UX and technology – you are always up-to-date with the latest UI trends, guidelines, techniques, and technologies
• Fluency in English and preferably also in German
