Role DescriptionReporting to HRBP EMEA, this is a temporary role (9 months) for maternity leave cover.Specific Role Responsibilities
  • General administrative people support across Switzerland
  • Handle federal requests, surveys, applications
  • Oversee and renew insurances, permits globally and deal with sick / accident cases
  • Issue any requested contracts, confirmation letters, contract adjustment, maternity leave agreement, time trust agreement etc.
  • Maintain our employee records
  • Support the People & Places team in various matters
  • Support the HR integration project
Experience Required
  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources, HR-Expert/Professional Degree (Fachfrau/mann)
  • Excellent knowledge of Swiss labor law, social insurances, etc.
  • Impeccable English and Italian communication skills, both in written and verbal
  • A passion for people who thrives in a fast growing, fast paced environment
  • Professional experience in a start-up environment or software company is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills to solve problems and bring solutions to increase the business’ success
