Traila is a privately-owned Swiss start-up, based in Regensdorf ZH, developing a disruptive technology within the rail and tram industry. We are a dynamic and international team of highly qualified and experienced engineers and business personnel with the goal of advancing mass-transport solutions for today and for generations to come. In this role, you will support our international team from an HR and professional development perspective.

Tasks
  • This function ensures the administrative processes in the HR department at HQ, is the first point for employee questions regarding administrative matters and supports the business in all HR areas.
  • Support the cultural growth at Traila
  • Administer efficient people cycles
  • Processing and monitoring of entry, exit and mutation processes
  • Preparation of employment contractual documents
  • Updating of various employee information on all channels
  • Administrative and operational support of the HR business partners
  • Support and independent processing of projects
  • Support in Time and Absence process
  • Support in various HR projects
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying benefits and organizing team building activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Requirements

1.1 Qualifications
  • Commercial apprenticeship / diploma / education or similar
  • Further / Advanced training in HR is an advantage

1.2 Experience
  • First experience acquired in administration
  • Experience in HR is an advantage

1.3 Other knowledge
  • Mother tongue German and good English skills
  • Very good MS Office skills
