The job in brief

We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Officer who will be involved in sourcing, recruiting, planning the overall HR strategy and assisting in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.

  • Create and monitor HR policies according to inflight catering procedures and standards
  • Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and hiring analytics
  • Create, implement and manage onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Identified KPIs for HR department
  • Plan and implement training programs for induction day and monthly training with the Operations Manager and HACCP representative.
  • Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
  • Maintaining and organizing employee records and paperwork
  • Adhere to laws and regulations
  • Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals
  • Monitor and manage employee hours recap on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Coordinate and follow up information with Payroll external company

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role
  • Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, evaluation, training etc.
  • Good understanding of labor laws
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solver
  • Strong ethical standards
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
  • German and English speaker
