IAM Engineer - PKI

CONTEXT

As part of the IAM team your role would be to be the Engineer with an "End to end" focus on PKI automation processes & tools, you will be responsible for the PKI suite of tools leveraging leading technologies and serving all kinds of business environments.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Operational responsibility for PKI services at Richemont.
• Liaise with stakeholders and external partners to ensure consumer satisfaction.
• Review and implement architecture designs, keeping operational teams involved.
• Provide knowledge transfer to IAM operations, service and application owners.
• Along with product owners, define timeline and content of enrichment releases.
• Setup and oversee implementations of Proof of Concepts.

IAM PKI themes you will help the team drive forward

• PKI Management - automation & lifecycle definition
• Integration with Systems and applications
• Mentoring Operation Team on the PKI subject

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

As a IAM Engineer for PKI, you will work mostly with Microsoft standard tools and technologies, but Richemont group utilizes multiple platforms and technologies so there is a good potential to learn and expand your knowledge. Some of the tools include, but are not limited to:

IAM tools / services

Microsoft ADCS thorough understanding. Very strong conceptual and hands on experience around Microsoft PKI and its component like Root CA, Issuing CA, CRL.
Knowledge of AWS ACM, GCP
Experience with PKI Management solution
Good knowledge of Active Directory
Good knowledge of Windows Servers / IIS 2012-2022.
Scripting - PowerShell

Soft Skills you should have for the role

Security oriented mindset, familiar with systems hardening, good understanding of least privileged concept.
General understanding of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) areas, including authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle.
Excellent analytical / problem solving skills

A plus if you have these skills

Experience with Digicert certificate management.
Knowledge Linux platform management and automation.
Knowledge of Python
Experience with HSM management

You are / have

• Engineering school, university or polytechnic Masters in Computer Science, Communication Systems, Telecommunication - or similar working experience
• At least 3 years of experience in Identity & Access Management Cloud technologies
• Understanding of key identity management technologies including authentication and access management
• Strong capacity to analyse automation process issues and propose relevant technical solutions
• Willingness to constantly learn and progress
• Ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical ways with clients and colleagues
• Perfect command of English : spoken and written, technical and common
• Rigorous, flexible, stress resistant, autonomous and passionate about computer science
• Swiss nationality or C / B / G work permit
