Your role

Interested in how GT, FX, Rates and Credit products are managed, processed & controlled? Thrive in a busy environment?

We’re looking for someone like that to:
  • ensure trade data integrity (completeness, accuracy and timeliness) between systems in front and back office operations
  • face off to GT, FX, Rates and Credit trading desks to proactively review and manage risk and drive improvements to help the business operate as efficiently and risk-free as possible
  • perform front-to-back reconciliations and manage lifecycle management related processes, monitoring and improving transaction flow
  • ensure that trade booking practices adhere to predefined models
  • performing bilateral and multilateral trade compressions creating balance sheet optimisation
  • be responsible for a suite of controls, facilitating support aimed at capturing all risk events within the shortest time possible
  • ensure our regulatory transaction reporting obligations are met
  • contribute to the operations digital strategy by automating workflows using a suite of automation tools

Your expertise

  • degree in Economics, Finance or Business
  • interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
  • innovative, sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • dynamic, high-energy, able to cope well under pressure
  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • able to interact and communicate with senior managers on a daily basis
  • automation, digitilisation or process enhancement expertise is preferred
  • knowledge of GT, FX, Rates and Credit products and a general interest in financial markets is preferred
