Job Summary

As an Integrated Services Marketing Consultantin a global team, you will be supporting the Construction Industries Aftermarket Managed Account teams in bringing a consistent and intentional go-to-market customer experience. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining a strategy, structure and culture aimed at providing tailored services and solutions for this unique and important customer segment. You will also be responsible for the overall governance of key initiatives, as well as collaboration and communication with customers and key business partners. The output of your role directly impacts the speed and effectiveness of Managed Accounts growth.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead key global projects and go-to-market rollouts
  • Own and structure all key governance processes for the team with a focus on EAME and AP, including Services Growth Plans/ Leadership Tables; 4DX; Monthly Business Review; Sales Variance; other Managed Accounts growth initiatives
  • Own and manage Sales Variance programs for EAME and AP
  • Lead Marketing Communication strategy and alignment with internal and external business partners

What You Have:

  • 7+ years of relevant go-to-market or aftermarket experience
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and persistent in follow-through
  • Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Data analysis

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

  • Experience with Aftermarket parts and service offerings or developing go-to-market for products/services
  • Training development experience, instructor-led and/or web-based
  • Customer Experience (CX) background, or desire to become proficient in CX
  • Direct Dealer/Customer field experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively based on the audience
  • Ability to create/enable behavioral changes in organizations and motivate others inside and outside of Caterpillar to improve performance
  • Ability to work independently, innovate, and deliver results

Additional Information:

  • The position requires travel 10% of the time
