For our Human Resources department located in Geneva (Switzerland), we are looking for a highly motivated HR Intern – for 6 months, from January 2022.

In this internship, you will work on:

  • Work on various aspect of the Human Resources function, such as: Employment Contracts, Learning & Development, Payroll & Benefits, Labor Laws, HR Database management, Recruitment.
  • Support the accurate management of Employment Contracts, from drafting contracts, to signature, to filing.
  • Participate in the electronic employees files project
  • Participate in recruitment activities, such as job descriptions, advertisement, screening, setting interviews
  • Support Learning and Development activities and events coordination
  • Contribute to the creation of an Employee Handbook
  • Support the accurate management of our HRIS database called Workday

What we need from you:

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Background in Human Resources (studies and/or internship)
  • A first HR experience working in an office environment is a plus
  • Experience using Microsoft Tools such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in writing
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic about projects and eager to contribute with new ideas
  • Strong work ethic, and reliable
  • Very strong sense of confidentiality
