Shape and process commercial deals with Swiss Enterprise customers


Microsoft is going through a transformational change to become a cloud-first company delivering first in class technology and enabling our customers’ digital strategies. As a Commercial Executive you will be part of a dedicated and specialized team driving and shaping our commercial deals with the largest commercial and Public Sector enterprises in Switzerland. In close collaboration with the account teams and other commercial executives you will be responsible for closing and seeing the deals through definition and negotiation of the commercial terms as well as ensuring successful processing. You will continually seek out growth opportunities and ensure on-time and quality deals with mutual value for both Microsoft and our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of quotes, contract amendments and other contractual documents and explanation towards internal and external stakeholders
  • Owner of business critical tasks ensuring correct and timely processing of contracts
  • Main interface between Microsoft Switzerland and Microsoft Operations Centers
  • Identifying and resolving operational issues in close collaboration with Licensing Solution Partners (LSP), Commercial Executives and Operations Deal Managers
  • Act as trusted advisor towards LSP and as interface between them and Microsoft Operations Centers
  • Support closing of the financial quarter ends

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation professional with ability to engage at CxO level
  • Self-organized, service minded and able to effectively multi-task and prioritize
  • Pro-active, solution-focused and communicative
  • Comfortable with speaking at all organizational levels
  • Able to explain and simplify complex solutions
  • Several years of experience with selling and relationship building or operations within large enterprises and working in cross-group environments
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder who understands the value of cross functional
  • Understanding of Microsoft Licensing Programs will be essential to perfom in the role, but is not required at hiring
  • Fluent in English and German or French
  • Abilitily and willingness to potentially manage a small team of Volume Licensing Support Specialists
