About the team you are joining

Working within the Information security team in the ITS division, this role will report to the Head of Security. The incumbent will primarily focus on ensuring the security operations of the IATA Information Technology environment.

What Your Day Would Be Like

Supervise technical relationship with our external SOC provider;

Perform daily investigation on security incidents;

Perform root cause analysis and define remediation actions;

Report security performance against established security metrics;

Improve and lead the Cyber Threat Intelligence program;

Run internal security tools;

Lead the IATA anti-fraud program;

Supervise the work of our two interns;

Coordinate the vulnerability management program.

We would love to hear from you if

Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering or Cybersecurity;

Three to five years of meaningful experience and very strong interest in IT security;

Experience in managing external vendors;

Knowledge of ISO 27001:2013 / PCI-DSS / SOC2;

Knowledge of the following technologies: NAC, VM, SIEM, Forensics, AV;

Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously;

Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills in a global environment;

Strong attention to details;

Excellent oral and written English;

Relevant IT certification (i.e. GIAC, OSCP) is an asset;

Knowledge of any other languages is an asset.
