In this role, you manage reformulation projects to deliver formula for production on time while you ensure to deliver qualitative products on the market and make sure of product availability on the market.How you will create a beautiful impact:
  • Strive for solutions during Out of Specifications cases to avoid out of stock and fulfil market needs.
  • Support the writing of the manufacturing procedure and the formula specification settings - technical transfer.
  • Coordinate, conduct -assess and accompany- the up scaling of marketed product reformulation - technical transfer.
  • Assess the feasibility of formula industrialization – technical transfer / Accompany transfer of products from one 3PM to another 3PM
  • Run lab trials, lab pilots, coordinate challenge test, safety tests, analytical tests.
  • Transparent documentation and communication of all test results, Investigation reports.
  • Optimize production manufacturing procedure (e.g. delicate phases, reduction of production time).
  • Ensure quality of the produced formula (specification, right raw in place, sensory profile etc.)
  • Run necessary studies to bring solutions for formula “out of specification”, make
What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:
  • University degree in chemistry, science, or similar technical academic qualification.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in formulation and up-scaling.
  • Ensure profound raw material know how.
  • Being analytical and detailed-focused individual to deliver best quality.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Very good written and spoken English, ideally German speaking too.
