Barilla Switzerland AG wants to recruit a Key Account Specialist (f_m_d) based in Baar, close to Zurich. The individual will report to the National Key Account Manager.

The individual is responsible for all key account management tasks of assigned customers in alignment with the National Key Account Manager.

Key Accountabilities
  • Key Account Management of regions and customers in cooperation with the NKAM
  • Contribute to an effective field sales management by regular visits of key stores
  • Support with preparation of customer budgets and strategy
  • Implementation of customized strategies, meaning implementation of potential analyses, development of customer-related concepts and derivation of measures (objectives, planning, implementation and control)
  • Preparation and monitoring of annual and quarterly talks
  • Planning, implementation and control of listings, assortments and promotions
  • Permanent monitoring of the market and the competition, including analysis of shopper data and derivation of appropriate measures
Your Profile
  • Degree in business administration or comparable education or experience
  • First work experience in Field Sales, Trade Marketing or Key Account Management
  • Very good German, French and English language skills are absolutely necessary
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Team orientation, high autonomy and a high level of proactivity and commitment
