Working Student (f_m_d) in Finance for 6 months in Baar, Switzerland

Start: as soon as possible, 21 hours / week

This is an unique opportunity to get insights into the finance and controlling world in a fast-moving consumer goods setting. You will get hands-on experience, and support the team in daily tasks.

Key Accountabilities
  • Actively supporting the team in the monthly and yearly report creation
  • Supporting the team in their daily tasks (e.g. closure rebooking, SAP reports and checks)
  • You are responsible for the custom duties and the e-commerce forecast
  • Responsible of booking invoices and handle customers and vendors reminders
  • Maintenance and check of SAP invoice workflow
  • Ad hoc analysis to support the finance team
Your Profile
  • You are approaching your master’s degree or already hold an academic degree within finance or economics
  • Your analytical and organizational skills distinguish you as well as your enthusiasm and ability to work in a team
  • Excellent communication skills are one of your strengths and you are fluent in English and ideally in German
  • Your MS Office skills are exceptional, and you are advanced in Excel
  • We believe that you are an ambitious and goal-oriented person, always searching for ways to improve current best practice
  • You are eager to learn and to support our Finance team
