We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our Retail Studio department as Marketing & Development Project Manager. In this role, you will be in charge of communication to promote the department activity and you will be involved in product development.


HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Analyze the needs

o Competitive intelligence on gifts distributed by country
o Participation in the studio’s 3-year plan
o Regularly compile competitive intelligence


  • Organize, manage and plan projects

o Plan the activity of the Retail Creative Studio
o Define the rules of operation between HQ teams and subsidiaries and ensure compliance
o Ensure coordination between stakeholders
o Organize and lead meetings with stakeholders


  • Product Development

o Develop products and components
o Coordinate between HQ teams: Marketing, CRM & customers, Retail, Quality, Compliance, Operations, Legal and subsidiaries
o Manage the project with suppliers for on-time delivery
o Develop dedicated components for each project/product
o Monitor product flow with Local Gifting Coordinators
o Coordinate with the Image and Heritage team to locate artisans


  • Communication
o Promote the team’s activities (towards HQ and subsidiaries)
o Ensure product photo shoots
o Write content to communicate about products on the internal social network
o Write texts for leaflets that accompany the products in collaboration with the Publishing and Legal team for validation
o Think about new ways of communicating about products with the E-Com team, in particular exclusive E-Com packaging and digital content

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
  • You have a degree in marketing with minimum 5 years’ experience in the luxury industry, knowledge of luxury products is a plus
  • You have good communication skills, negotiation skills, proposal skills, diplomacy skills
  • You are curious and a team player
  • You have the ability to multi-task
  • You speak English fluently and any other language is a plus
