Spiden is a Swiss MedTech venture, based in Pfäffikon (SZ), with the vision to use state-of-the-art detection techniques to continuously monitor and learn from a wide range of vital medical indicators, allowing to improve your individual health.

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Office Manager 60 - 100% to be managing the office and reception of our Pfäffikon (SZ) office. As we are a start-up, drive and passion for what we work towards, must be a given.

Activities:

The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The Office Manager will also manage and conduct all the receptionist duties occurring.

The successful office manager is an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible, and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people on-site.

· Independent office management at our location in Pfäffikon (SZ)

· Coordinate and process different administrative tasks

· Ownership of Post (in and outgoing) - all mails / letters, file physical and electronic documents and pass on notes and information to relevant departments

· Occupy reception and be the first contact in representing the company (phone and in office)

· Organize and set up meetings, excursions, and events

· Support HR with coordination and admin tasks

· Invoice Management – filing of all bills in the procurement system

· Access management and Visitor log

· Ordering and managing office supplies, including food (lunch) at times

· Management of suppliers/services around cleaning, “Handwerker”, etc.

· Management of relationship with operational building owner, neighbours, etc…

· Office Project management

· Vacation cover for EA

About you

We are looking for an ambitious and outgoing person who has experience in office management and wants to join our motivated and all-round awesome team.

· Minimum 2 years of experience as Office Manager with receptionist tasks or similar positions

· Work independently and precisely without supervision

· Proactive attitude with a passion for office management

· Demonstrate planning and organizational skills and attention to detail

· Master Microsoft Office and be technically versed

· Be a team player who challenges and supports others

· Professional working proficiency in both German and English (C1 level in both is a must)
