We’re looking for an Operations Client Service Specialist for the client segment Bank to:

  • support them in their day-to-day transactional business in the field of operation securities, corporate actions and proxy voting
  • ensure query resolution until completion within agreed service levels and at client satisfaction
  • commit to a culture of continuous improvement centered on client service
  • working with different stakeholders to ensure Operational
Excellence
  • coordinating between clients and internal units as well as custodians and external partners
  • providing support to customers to their daily business by analyzing and identifying issues related to custodial services; managing a resolution process within a defined Service Level Agreement
Description du profil

  • degree in business and commerce
  • previous client service experience within the financial
and securities services industry, preferably in the area of corporate actions and proxy voting
  • passion for dealing with clients and understanding of securities and global custody products
  • can-do mentality with proven ability to increase customer satisfaction with a KYC approach and a flair for new technologies such as automation and robotics
  • comfortable working with internal and external clients
  • team player
  • excellent skills in MS Excel / Power Point / Work / Outlook
  • fluent German and English in spoken and written, French / Italian skills will be an asset
