Do you like to help clients in solving their queries related to their cash movements with UBS Business Solutions AG? Do you like the international environment and have direct contact with the clients?
We are looking for someone like that to:
  • act as a single point of contact for multinational clients regarding the whole payment services
  • handle client queries regarding the national and international cash movements in all currencies and bank products (e-tools and classic paper order)
  • collect all data necessary for the respective investigations using various system tools as well as contacting client advisors or external counterparties for more information
  • support the clients with general queries about the payment topics like pricing, procedure compliance and help with data optimization
  • perform client analysis

As a Payments & Cash Specialist, you will be responsible for timely execution of payments and queries concerning a defined group of corporate clients. Your daily tasks will involve a strong client focus.
Cur team functions as a single point of contact for clients for all question and queries concerning the cash movement.

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen

  • experience in payments and/or accounting
  • the capacity to handle figures and different systems professionally
  • written and verbal communication skills in German, English, French would be an asset
  • reliable and the service orientation is natural for you
  • a communicative person who enjoys the relations with internal and external clients
  • a methodic worker who is flexible on working time
