As a POS Product Analyst, your role will be to support the product development, enhancement and WW roll-out of the new La Prairie clienteling tool Aurora. You will have a key role in La Prairie’s journey as a client centric company. You will contribute to make sure region’s and market’s voice are taken into account to enhance client experience through delivering a best-in class and business oriented clienteling tool.

Your Responsibilities:

Product Development

• Support the Product Manager in collecting & structuring feedback & requirements on the POS tool by connecting regularly with regional/local CRM and Retail counterparts
• Prepare final requirements to be sent to IT via JIRA
• Contribute to the definition and planning of the App features and evolution roadmap
• Contribute to the POS tool training assets creation
• Support Product Manager in fostering and spreading CRM culture through the POS tool
• Keep an open-eye on competitors in store CRM experience leveraging an in-store clienteling tool

App Roll-out

• Contribute to the definition of processes needed to roll-out the App (user creation, translation process, legal requirements implementation etc.)
• Coordinate and plan App Roll-out milestones such as Training and Testing with IT and regional counterparts

Your Profile:

• 2-3 years experience working on a digital project with a high level of technical complexity
• Previous experience in a CRM/Client Experience role in an international and transversal organisation
• Good knowledge and interest for the luxury retail and/or beauty industry
• Excellent project management, coordination and communication skills (Rigor, focus, precision)
• Great understanding of the Agile project management methodology principles (ideally certified)
• Proficient use of Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Familiar with the Salesforce ecosystem (Knowledge of Service Cloud is a plus)
• Great curiosity towards new technologies, retail and client experience
