BACKGROUND

The Pricing and Business Intelligence function work is focused on the following primary activities:
Support the Global Pricing Strategy setup (definition, deployment) and provides input and insights to global pricing on TR specific set up and requirements.
Works with Travel Retail (TR) central teams and regions in providing pricing guidance and recommendations for innovations, regular SKUs and sets. Controls the Pricing Strategy implementation across focused regions / markets / brands / customers
Perform competitive price analysis across all regions and provide recommendations and consolidated view
Follow-up with regions over pricing corrective actions to be implemented
Drive the anti-Diversion program strategy jointly with the Grey market dedicated team
Perform consulting and special projects to support the global grey market initiative.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
Under the supervision of the pricing manager, the internship role will be touching upon the following topics:

Pricing Strategy :
Support the Global Pricing Strategy Set up for existing Portfolio and New Initiatives for all Coty’s Brands
Works with Global Marketing, TR central teams and regions in defining and providing pricing guidance and recommendations on innovations, regular SKUs and sets. Control the Pricing Strategy implementation across regions / markets / brands / customers.
Perform competitive price analysis across all regions and provide recommendations and consolidated Global view

Coordination with Regional and Local Commercial teams:
Coordinate & implement the annual pricing process with Regions and Global Teams
Check consistency and integrity of pricing data as well as respect of timing and deadlines
Follow-up with pricing deviations including country & channel corrections (i.e. Pricing Strategy)

Pricing Monitoring through CSSP :
Analyze, monitor and control Pricing waterfall from SRP to Net Price to ensure the financial impacts
Support Coty Special Supply Pricing (CSSP) program roadmap
Administer the follow-up of the CSSP findings communication and remediation
Support Grey Market investigations by collecting data from relevant tools (BO, SAP, Manugistics, etc.)

Process & Tools :
Structure, optimize and simplify the pricing processes, drive the implementation of the pricing tool, reduce the manual tasks and improve communication.
Develop more efficient tools of collaboration with all the markets and brands (sharepoint, One drive…)

Communication & Training:
Train & support markets to use properly the tools and processes
Partner with global and regional functions involved with the global pricing strategy setup (global marketing, regional pricing, Global VD, etc.)
Support Fashion House Pricing communication

SKILLS & PERSONAL COMPETENCIES

Functional / Technical Skills:
Strong financial and/or pricing principles
Fluent in English (international scope)
Excel advanced level is required (analytical job)

Pro-active / Pragmatic / Business & Problem solving oriented / Structured / Analytical mindset
Communication skills / Autonomy in work

Education Requirements:
Business Management or Economics Business School
Some knowledge from Finance/Controlling / Pricing / Consulting
