For our team Product Management Industrial and Grid Portfolio within the Business Unit Electricity based in Cham, Switzerland, we are looking for aProduct Manager Industrial & Commercial Segment (based in Cham or alternative location).
Our perfect candidate:
- Shows proven experience as product manager in a technical environment, preferred with focus in electrical design, communication technology or software …
- … or alternatively proven experience as a device architect with strong customer focus
- Has strong knowledge of all aspects of marketing and of product portfolio management
- Can build on successful experiences in project management within agile and cross-cultural environments
- Knows how to build engaging and trustworthy relationships with customers, sales, and business development
- Ideally has gained several years of experience within the utility and/or energy management industry
- Has a degree in engineering as well as in management (or business administration)
- Is fluent in English, any additional language is welcome
We offer a challenging and rewarding position preferably based in Cham (Switzerland). You will be responsible for:
- Managing the portfolio of Industrial & Commercial meters, including business case definition & ownership, as well as full portfolio lifecycle management leadership
- Developing product roadmaps and preparing project/product proposals involving all stakeholders
- Planning and executing market introductions together with the involvement of related departments
- Observing and analyzing the market with a view to identifying new customer requirements and opportunities to grow the business
- Ensuring the global competitiveness of the product portfolio through portfolio management, benchmarking, continuous cost improvements, innovations, and time to market
- Supporting business development activities through sales support, standardisation contributions as well as partner management
