Your field of responsibility


This is an exciting role within the HR Transformation team that drives Credit Suisse Human Resources’ HR transformation roadmap. As a Communications Professional you will lead and manage all communications efforts required to make a large-scale, global HR technology program a success. You co-create a compelling vision, communication plan and story-telling approach for the program together with our Change Lead and core program team members. You develop a structured, targeted communication approach leveraging the existing and new channels for reaching all relevant audiences. You maintain a central communication plan, channels, templates, and repositories, and ensure that the relevant information is distributed to the different target groups in a timely and engaging manner. Together with the external systems integrator partner, you ensure that the project teams have the appropriate information, standards and tools to effectively prepare and inform leaders and employees of the program developments. In addition, you measure the impact of the communication initiatives and develop alternative strategies as needed.

This position offers remote working opportunities for an agreed amount of days per week.

Your skills and experience


We are looking for a person with:

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading communication efforts for large-scale global technology or organizational transformation programs in complex matrix environments, preferably in the field of HR
  • Profound knowledge of effective communication strategies
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to pitch solution proposals in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills; capability to build and maintain positive working relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Ability and willingness to challenge the status-quo and propose new ways of doing things
  • Curiosity, openness and ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities in an agile way
  • Proficiency in English; any other language skills are beneficial
  • Experience in functional / front-line HR roles and SaaS technologies would be considered an asset
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
