Join us as Project Manager and drive forward the success of our Corporate Banking initiatives. As part of our Marketing Initiatives team, you will directly impact the success of our Bank for Entrepreneurs campaigns and be responsible for the planning, development and implementation of a whole product marketing catalogue. You translate business challenges into marketing opportunities based on brand, market and client insights and support lead generation efforts. The role also includes the support of our marketing initiatives for the Institutional Clients segment.

Your skills and experience


You’ll be a good match, if you have/are:

  • Experience in product marketing and/or handling of Swiss-wide marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL) for the B2B segment and ability to make complex topics easy to understand for clients (via classical and digital channels)
  • Running full-year B2B communication incl. planning, budgeting, stakeholder management
  • Developing and implementing marketing plans for respective products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; German native, English fluent
  • Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with leadership teams and stakeholders within and outside marketing
  • Diplomatic and winning personality, yet being assertive and resilient to get things done
  • Industry knowledge advantageous
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
