Join us as a Corporate Actions Processing Specialist in our Proxy Voting team. In this role you are responsible to process client instructions for general meetings worldwide. Additionally, you support and ensure a timely notification of our clients for Swiss and European general meetings in accordance with regulatory requirements and SLA’s.

You will independently support our high-profile clients, from UHNWI to institutional clients, in satisfying their complex and challenging demands related to general meetings. This includes deadline-monitoring and the consideration of country and market specific conditions and restrictions, requiring a close cooperation with internal and external business partners worldwide.

Your skills and experience
  • Completed apprenticeship in a bank, insurance, or similar education
  • Ability to perform and manage tasks well under pressure
  • Responsible, independent, and proactive with good communication skills and confidence to discuss topics at a senior level
  • Strong focus on client service and timely execution of tasks
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; German is a plus
  • Self-directed, motivated, and dedicated problem solver
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
