MAIN PURPOSE
Within the EMEA region, the Regional High-End Jewelry Development Manager’s main objective is to develop the High-End business in its various markets and to maximize event and boutique sales. You will manage 2 full-time employees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the lead in the orchestration of regional events and local initiatives within the EMEA region
- Be the driving force behind the regional strategy for local events / retail initiatives
- Promote synergies between markets
- Be responsible for providing information on the timing, feasibility and results of local initiatives in each market
Be responsible for the follow-up of the EMEA region’s activity
- Determine the budgets for the region
- Analyze and present monthly detailed reporting of the region’s activity, develop and update dashboards and other appropriate monitoring tools
- Ensure daily follow-up of sales and invoicing
- Prepare ad hoc analyses according to the needs of the teams
- Be the main point of contact for subsidiaries and central teams on all performance and reporting issues
- Lead the implementation of new performance monitoring tools
Build and nurture strong High-End communities within the EMEA region
- Build and animate regional High-End communities through various initiatives
- Participate in annual sales community recruitment sessions
Other Missions
- Build the regionalization of High-End customer data in collaboration with the central customer teams
- Contribute to the design and formalization of the strategic actions for the coming year for the High-End segment
- Work hand in hand with the central teams (HJ and Marketing) on the needs of the markets in the region
JOB PROFILE
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience in a similar background
- Previous management experience
- Previous experience with both local and international teams
- English, and French fluent
- Any additional language is a plus
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Rigorous, serious, proactive
