Your field of responsibility
  • Providing risk management oversight for the existing direct Real Estate platforms (Switzerland, Germany and International) within the organization
  • Expert role with respect to different product type structures with focus on direct Real Estate Investments and their relevant regulatory environment (KAG, OAK, etc.)
  • Responsibility in representing the Risk Management Organization with respect to the Global Real Estate portfolios in Management Meetings and actively promote risk management skill base internally as well as externally
  • Ownership for the monthly review and analysis of Real Estate Portfolios from a holistic risk management perspective, identify and resolve risk and control issues (market, fiduciary, liquidity, credit, operational, credit/counterparty, reputational, conduct risks)
  • Support for the Management and Product Managers through objective analyses and risk assessments of pending investment decisions (risk assessments)
  • You prepare regular reports for the Global and local Senior Management, Head of Risk Management and other stakeholders
  • Open to discussing flexible/ agile working

Your skills and experience


For this versatile position, we are addressing you as a committed, self-motivated and independent personality with professional experience. Your profile includes:

  • A Master degree in Business Administration / Economics and/or engineer / architect ETH / HTL / FH
  • Long-term working experience preferably in the real estate industry
  • Profound knowledge about direct Real Estate, Property Valuations, Property Construction, Property/Project Developments, Asset Management and Risk Management
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Proactive and independent contributor to a dynamic regional & functional environment
  • Good communicator & team player
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
