Your role

Do you have a passion for digitization, ecosystems and interaction with external partners to create customer and partner value and economic success? Are you seeking the opportunity to work in a truly dynamic environment to transform banking and define new ways of servicing clients combining online and offline offerings? Do you have an affinity to work on multiple initiatives & projects simultaneously; structuring & prioritizing to deliver against tight deadlines?

We are looking for someone like that to
  • develop and implement new use cases within the Home & Living Ecosystem and Sustainability, advocating customer centricity and driving adoption
  • design governance, operating model and user data flows by orchestrating and aligning use cases across external partners, internal subject matter experts, control functions and delivery units
  • drive business cases and their commercialization

Your team

You’ll be working as part of the Digital Platforms & Marketplaces sector, based in Zürich. We are responsible for strategic growth initiatives and digital business transformation, particularly in the field of lending platforms and ecosystem development (e.g. key4 by UBS).

Your expertise

  • proven project management experience in the digital space, finding innovative solutions to complex challenges, working in diverse and cross-functional teams, comfortable with fast-paced work environments.
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • project management experience, especially in the delivery of digital offerings across multiple channels and client segments.
  • demonstrated ability to drive projects through design, development and delivery, and identify opportunities of continuous improvement
  • you are a self-starter with high level of urgency, and personal accountability.
  • equivalent to a university degree in business, digitization, innovation, technology or related field is a plus.
  • strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • fluent German and English language skills (French as a plus).
  • advanced knowledge of agile and design thinking methodology (Scrum Master as a plus). Proven communication and presentation skills on a senior management level.
  • in a nutshell: the person is eager to achieve ambitious and challenging targets (can-do-attitude), works well in a cross-skilled team, is business and team-minded, self-driven, takes ownership, wants to be part of new business models and shape the banking digital world of tomorrow
