Your role

Are you passionate about building highly available, robust and scalable distributed systems? Do you enjoy working with developers and customers to deliver modern, customer centric applications? You will be required to:
  • be responsible for designing and building critical components to successfully deliver solutions
  • take ownership and drive deliveries within a supportive team environment
  • work as part of an agile development team within a global technology team located in the Zurich, Singapore, and India
  • learn new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind

Your team

You will be working in the Global Market Technology Enhanced Sales team in Zürich focusing on creating the most data driven, agile, productive and technology enabled sales force in the industry. You will be working with SPASA team to build applications that deliver the next generation of client-centric tools and analytics to monitor products and provide client centric investment ideas to client advisors and clients.

Your expertise

You have:
  • bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
  • experience in one or more programming languages: Python, Java 8+
  • strong understanding of the Agile software development lifecycle
  • PLSQL, RDBMS concepts and experience
  • interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work as part of a global team
  • passion for learning and innovation
  • keen interest in understanding how the business works

  • adaptable, able to work across teams, functions and applications
  • enthusiastic, self-motivated and client-focused
  • analytical and methodical, using evidence to solve problems
  • a strong communicator, fluent in English
