Your role

Do you want to design and build next generation business applications using the latest technologies? Are
you confident at iteratively refining user requirements and removing any ambiguity? Do you like to be
challenged and encouraged to learn and grow professionally?
We’re looking for a software engineer to:
 support, operate and optimize run-the-bank tasks within Portfolio Construction
 develop and maintain software components to optimize current or introduce new processes
 manage individual projects priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
 drive cross-collaboration and execution of projects across multiple teams

Your team

The Portfolio Construction team is located at the heart of the investment process and is responsible to
deliver tailored model portfolios for our mandates. Our focus lies on efficiency and scalability in order to
meet our client’s needs. We develop and maintain next-generation technologies that help us support the
sales, portfolio construction and after sales process.
As a software engineer, you will be working on several projects critical to Portfolio Construction’s needs.
You will work in a dynamic team with a wide field of responsibility and activity. Beside run-the-bank
operations concerning portfolio construction of advisory mandates and asset allocation translation, the
team has a strong focus on innovation and digitalization and develops its own business-critical small
applications in C# and Matlab.

Your expertise

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical
quantitative finance or business automation experience
 programming experience in C#.NET with additional skills in Matlab and VBA advantageous
 passion and ambition to challenge status quo and bring Portfolio Construction to the next level
 knowledge of banking processes preferred
 eligible to live and work in Switzerland
 fluent in English or German
