What are we looking for

The Kusnacht Practice is currently seeking a Team Coordinator – Psychiatry. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for the calendar management of the entire medical team, communicates with patients and external professionals and performs important administrative tasks. In particular, you will be overlooking the whole assessment and treatment process. You should be very service and detail-oriented, proactive and have excellent organisation skills. Excellent English and German skills are a must.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and review calendars, optimizing team productivity
  • Prepare comprehensive medical documentation and coordinate projects
  • Create and manage organized systems for storing and finding documents effectively
  • Collaborate on administrative matters with health authorities and state institutions
  • Support knowledge transfer among Medical Secretaries
  • Coordinate with external partners and organize meetings
  • Ensure high-quality medical care and client satisfaction
  • Schedule consultations and handle out-patient inquiries
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with all departments
  • Assist in medication shipments to clients abroad
  • Provide backup support for the Team Coordinators
  • Take minutes during meetings as necessary
  • Accompany clients to external appointments

You are/have

  • Experience in a clinic or hospital setting, with knowledge of medical terminology
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Fluent in German and English (verbal and written)
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Eligible to work in Switzerland (CH-Nationality or EU/EFTA Citizenship)
  • Swiss driving license cat. B is a must
