Are you passionate about requirements engineering and feel at home in the technology and banking domain? Do you want to bring your expertise with requirements elicitation, documentation, and management into a thriving environment of card solutions for our clients? Are you familiar with the definition of business rules and feel confident analyzing data?

We are looking for an a Business Analyst to:
  • join our software engineering team
  • engage with colleagues at all levels to derive and meet business requirements
  • translate business requirements into user stories to drive delivery within an Agile framework
  • analyze existing solutions and processes to evaluate and prioritize improvements (engineer and design new solutions and processes)
  • act as intermediary between development team and stakeholders
  • partner with other agile teams to finalize requirements and handle dependencies across teams
  • keep product documentation up to date (e.g. Business rules, Modeling, etc)
Description du profil

  • higher education degree, preferably related to business administration, science, engineering or IT
  • 5+ years of experience in similar role (ideally, in a banking environment)
  • strong technical affinity to understand complex IT systems and dependencies
  • proven ability to collaborate well with stakeholders and engineers to ensure the best solutions are being designed and specified
  • structured, focused, detail oriented, excellent communicator, and team player
  • experience with Agile methodologies
  • MS office, modeling tools (e.g. Enterprise Architect), usage of JIRA and Confluence, SQL (DB2, PostgreSQL),
  • IREB or BABOK certification is a plus
  • fluent in English (preferably also in German)
