Your field of responsibility


In this role you will lead a team of ~20 people, which looks after our development and test environment operations and security on the Swiss Banking IT Platform. You will be responsible for a smooth and efficient operation of the test batch runs and the refresh of test data in the UAT environment. Furthermore you will have the responsibility for the data security and sensitive customer data scanning in our development and test environments as well as respective data imports. You will also oversee the re-architecture of data scanning and transport tooling to Spring Boot Microservices and support the strategy definition of test data provisioning on the Public Cloud in partnership with peer IT units.

Your skills and experience


With the following skills you will be successful in this position:

  • A degree in information management, computer science or equivalent paired with profound experience in IT engineering and/or testing.
  • Team leadership and/or coaching experience.
  • Passion about modern development and management methodologies such as Agile / Scrum and continuous improvement, and questioning the status quo.
  • Your strong collaboration, partnership and communication skills (proficiency in English, German is beneficial), enable you, your team and your IT partners to achieve the desired outcomes.
