Your field of responsibility


As a full stack engineer with architecture experience, you will bring strong leadership and execution for the full life cycle of software development including fine tuning technical specifications and design documents. You will be responsible in building new software components, integrating with existing systems and work with vendor and home-grown technology products. As a full stack engineer, you will be responsible in ensuring agile practices and dev-ops capabilities are employed and fine-tuned through your programming practices and deliverables. You will be responsible in talking to stakeholders, business users and change management teams and ensure all topics are aligned for efficient and quality software delivery.

This position offers remote working opportunities for an agreed amount of days per week.

Your skills and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science or a related field
  • 6+ years of software development experience
  • Strong experience in the field of software engineering (i.e., working with data structures, algorithms, software design, OO principles)
  • Full stack software development experience including across Python, Java, Hadoop, Impala, and related technologies
  • Experience in the revenue, lending, and sales reporting domain would be a plus
  • Experience with unit and automated testing across would be a plus
  • Experience with system architecture and in systems design would be a plus
  • Experience using Agile principles in small functional teams, with exposure to all phases of the systems development lifecycle would be a plus
  • Experience in support of the production environment and incident management on an L3 basis alongside dedicated L1 & L2 operations partners would be a plus
  • Hands on technical leadership experience leading project teams
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
