Your field of responsibility


You will deal with a challenging and diverse role within the Control Support Unit team covering the Business Area Institutional Clients (IC) within the Swiss Universal Bank and among your tasks you will support reviews of IC-related risks and key control processes, including spot checks. You will execute control activities as well as prepare, attend and minute senior management control review meetings and perform reporting activities.
You will provide proactive and high quality advisory services to the Front Office across risk and control along with the responsibility to implement lessons learnt as well as sustainability measures, clean-up projects and perform related post-implementation reviews.

Your skills and experience

  • A University degree or banking apprenticeship completed with a higher education is what you can present
  • You gained a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in a financial institution, preferably in the risk management, audit or compliance area or sales organization
  • You bring good process review/risk assessment skills as well as a deep understanding of risks and impacts in a banking environment
  • As an excellent problem solver, you combine strong analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
  • You have a sense of responsibility with the ability to work independently and dedicatedly
  • You build and maintain positive working relationships with management and partners is your proven ability
  • You show good Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
