We are looking for talented University Graduates! Kick-start your career with a Flex-Track Graduate Programme within the Division Markets.

Our Graduate Programme supports your individual journey to unleash your full potential. We offer you three rotations in three different teams, on- and off-the-job training and the opportunity to start building your own Julius Baer network. As a Flex-Track Graduate, you are in the driving seat to define your rotations 2 and 3 within all departments of the bank. One of these rotations will be an international assignment, enabling you to work abroad for a period of months.

For your first rotation, join the Division Markets and become part of the Markets PB Solutions & Sales Team in Geneva.

The Markets PB Solutions & Sales Team contributes to the generation of ideas, sale and execution of investment solutions and products with a focus on Structured Products.
Joining the Markets PB Solutions & Sales Team in Geneva will allow you to get valuable insights into a broad array of asset classes and structures.

YOUR CHALLENGE

What to work on?

  • Identify market opportunities and implement new investment ideas for our client base

  • Structure, price and issue products on equity, fixed income and commodity underlying

  • Active rollover management, i.e. inform Relationship Managers / Investment Advisors on early redemptions and maturing products and offer them rollover products

  • Participation in desk meetings and advisory calls to promote Structured Products

  • Support the creation of regular marketing materials for investment ideas

  • Handle daily business: booking of trades, after-sales service and lifecycle management

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences in economics, banking, finance (graduation max. 12 months ago)

  • Initial practical experience in the financial industry and expertise in banking products and financial markets

  • Analytical and conceptual mindset

  • Very good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • Independent, resilient, and team-oriented personality

  • Can-do attitude and a strong interest for financial markets

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the willingness to take responsibility

  • Fluency in French and English, other languages an asset

  • Eligibility for employment authorisation in Switzerland
