We offer you an exciting opportunity as the Assistant to the COO of the International Finance Group (IFG) within the International Wealth Management Division, based at our head office in Zur-ich. This role will offer you
  • The chance to provide full administrative and organizational support for extensive diary man-agement including preparation and coordination of internal and external meetings and video conferences
  • The opportunity to bring in your outstanding organizational skills and proactive ideas by support-ing many of the day-to-day activities in the department and preparing leadership meetings, workshops and events
  • The accountability to ensure diligent handling of monitoring and controlling tasks around ex-penses, systems access, working hours and supervisory controls
  • A unique platform with high level of exposure to senior management of the Division, where you are involved in the day-to-day business of a very multifaceted and cheerful environment

Your skills and experience

  • A proven track record of minimum 3 years in a similar role, preferably in the Banking sector
  • Commercial education or ongoing studies
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written) as well as strong time manage-ment, organizational and planning skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize and take care of several tasks simultaneously and pay close attention to high quality and detail, demonstrating assertiveness and respecting the highest confidentiality at any time
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive can-do attitude, the ability to think and act quickly, and confident to work on your own initiative, with a certain flexibility around working hours
  • Excellent MS Office Outlook skills, advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint are a plus
  • Fluency in English and German is required
