Your field of responsibility

Join us as an experienced member (Associate/Assistant Vice President level) in our Structured Finance & Sponsor Group Transaction Team. In this role, you will work closely with senior members of the Structure Finance and the Sponsor Group teams, supporting them along the whole transaction process.

You will have the opportunity to gain an in-depth insight into the structuring, marketing and execution of a wide spectrum of structured financings for small and medium enterprises, large Swiss corporates and mid-market private equity sponsors.

You will be actively involved in the day-to-day structuring and execution of complex financing

transactions, bringing you in regular contact with various internal and external stakeholders.

You will perform a variety of tasks in the areas of credit analysis, financial modelling (LBOs de-leveraging models), review of due diligence, co-ordination of transaction processes and preparation of client marketing material as well as decision-making papers for senior management.

Over time you will be expected to perform a number of tasks with a high degree of autonomy and be involved in drafting of term sheets and negotiation of loan agreements as well.

Your skills and experience

• You combine first work experience (approx. 3 years) within the financial sector with strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as corporate finance knowledge
• You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree from university or university of applied sciences; ideally in business, economics, banking & finance
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills and quick to grasp the bigger picture
• A high standard of work and attention to details also under pressure and with tight deadlines
• Proven reliability and ability to cope with last-minute schedule changes
• High motivation, flexible can-do attitude, entrepreneurial “self-starter” mindset and problem solving capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a positive personality, team player
• Proficient knowledge of MS office applications
• Fluency in German and English required; fluency in another European languages is a plus
• An enthusiasm for the corporates’ world and complex financings and see yourself in the lead of transactions in the long term
