Your field of responsibility

Join us as Business Manager in the Business Management & Projects team within the Swiss Bank COO & BRM Chief of Staff area, where you will have the chance to work on a variety of topics from day-to-day business management activities, such as coordination and execution of governance meetings, town halls and events to supporting ad-hoc projects and leading own priority themes. You will have the opportunity to closely collaborate with your team and with the different departments and business areas within Swiss Bank.

You will work in close collaboration with our SB COO & BRM Chief of Staff teams and senior management. Your skills and experience

As Business Manager, your skills and experience will ideally include
  • University degree or equivalent in an area related to Business Administration, Organizational Transformation, Communication or Finance
  • Initial and relevant experience in the banking sector, ideally in a business management role
  • Excellent organizational skills as well as a very precise and efficient work approach
  • A demonstrated ability and willingness to work against tight deadlines with the highest degree of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills including fluency in German and English to communicate with our partners
  • Combination of persuasive, social and problem-solving skills with a high service orientation, discipline and high-quality mindset
  • Ambition to seek challenges and have a natural curiosity and a mentality of adopting change
  • Strong dedication as a team member and the skills to liaise with different partners across functions
  • Understanding of the value of diversity in the workplace and dedication to foster an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work
