As our Customer Success Manager, you will have a multifaceted role focused on ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. While supporting the sales organization and guiding customers from prospects to active solution users you will be responsible for account-based marketing to build customer retention and advocacy, cross-selling, driving innovative ideas from customers’ problems, reporting & analytics.

Your tasks:

  • Improve sales effectiveness by liaising with key accounts teams to deliver programs that include hosting "C" level executives’ tours and visits of GF Piping Systems, expert roundtables, training curriculum, and reference case showcase
  • Developing customer engagement and advocacy programs with key customers to ensure they succeed with our solutions and support our future business development and innovations
  • Ensure high-quality customer contact and commitment with deep industry knowledge and understanding of client needs
  • Actively engage with stakeholders (Sales Companies, Key Account, CSM, Product Managers, etc.) from a variety of backgrounds and maintain professionalism to help plan and define a customized agenda for the Customer Experience Centre
  • Monitor customer health through data and satisfaction surveys
  • Collaborate with product management, specialized solutions, and other departments to provide insights and feedback for innovation improvements based on customer feedback
  • Regularly monitor and analyze customer success program effectiveness and performance

Your profile:

  • A technical background in the piping industry (or in a similar industry) with extensive experience in sales is mandatory
  • Distinct abilities to act as a host and a hospitality attitude
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills
  • A consultative approach to sales and business development
  • Ability to interact with "C" suite people, and across other stakeholders levels
  • Strong listening skills associated with consultative selling
  • English on a very good level, German would be an asset
