We are seeking a Finance Director International 60% (m/f /d) to join our team.

Your responisbilities
  • Business Controller for the sales region International comprising of all distributor markets as well as the subsidiaries in Australia, Japan, India and Brazil
  • Finance business partner to the International region leadership team representing the financial perspective in all matters of business strategy and execution
  • Lead and coordinate the strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting processes for the region in alignment with group processes
  • Take financial responsibility for the business P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
  • Financial support for commercial negotiations with distributors and tenders
  • Lead, supervise, develop and mentor the Region International finance team ensuring adequate staffing, performance management, talent management and succession planning as well as handling staff rewards, complaints, disciplinary and general issues
  • Responsibility for and management of the regional accounting and finance and related processes, documentation and controls in line with guidance by HQ functions as well as local statutory and tax requirements
Your Qualifications
  • Degree in Finance and Controlling with at least 6 years experience in an international environment
  • Experience as business controller in an international environment with strong business and commercial acumen and financial analysis skills
  • Experience supporting sales organizations within MedTech or consumer goods would be an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP BW and COGNOS a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex financial impacts into actionable insights to non-finance staff
