Global Marketing Manager

In this role, working within the Division System Drives Global Marketing & Communications team, you will drive marketing strategies to strengthen the positioning of our business around key trends (circularity, digitalization, energy transition). You will also act as project manger for marketing transformation initiatives with the purpose of changing existing processes and tools in order to increase the effectiveness of the function.

Your responsibilities

  • Create and implement marketing strategies to position System Drives as leader leveraging the key pillars of the Division’s value proposition, with focus on different customer types, industries and channels in collaboration with Sales, Product management and communications
  • Develop and execute the roadmap for marketing operations (incl. tools and processes to support marketing activities) in order to ensure acceleration of marketing efficiency and effectiveness. Act as project manager for marketing transformation projects
  • Partner with IS and Tools departments to identify and lead marketing digitalization projects
  • Analyze all existing and new strategic segments and business opportunities and define strategic marketing plans to capture them
  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to generate campaigns and lead generation initiatives
  • Understand and analyze the customer journey, identifying opportunities to develop and improve existing or new touchpoints
  • Set up and monitor the performance of the marketing plans execution, defining corrective and improvement actions when needed
  • Create and maintain collaboration opportunities with other functions or businesses, in alignment with division and business area strategy

Your background

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years of experience, preferably but not limited to Marketing, Sales, Product Management
  • experience in project management or PMO is a plus
  • Prior knowledge of marketing automation tools and practices
  • Familiarity with drives and related industry segments is an advantage
  • Team player with openness to work with people with different background, expertise, experience
  • Ability to manage stakeholders in various functions and seniority levels
  • Self-driven and able to set up your own goals and targets
  • Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are of advantage
