This role involves leading on 2 of ou r premium skincare brands Lancaster and Orveda.

The new age of skincare comes powered by Lancaster’s 75 years of scientific research. Lancaster is a masterpiece of skin rejuvenation and takes at heart to repair & protect your skin at core with encapsulated active ingredients for targeted efficacy. Innovation plan is thrilling.

Following the acquisition of Orveda last year, we have seen this brand go from strength to strength. This momentum is set to continue next year with some exciting launches within the ultra-premium market.

As trade marketing manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution and follow-up analysis of the Lancaster and Orveda brand strategies in Travel retail. You will be responsible for driving the long-term vision of the brand, alongside managing day-to-day and executions of launches and animations. Alongside this you will represent the travel retail needs to our international business and product development teams. Elevating travel retail as a key driver of projects on Lancaster and Orveda globally.

This role reports into the Senior Marketing manager – Skin Care.

Your responsibilities are: Be the champion of your product categories Build consumer knowledge, working closely with CMI Build and execute corresponding strategy for your products by regions. Forecast new launches, from competitor benchmarking to working closely with Demand Planning on sizing Own ongoing retail forecasts for your products / categories, working closely with the sales team Build and execute the annual product plan, leading to reaching sales objectives, recruiting consumers and driving loyalty Work closely with the Media Manager to craft and then execute your media strategy across both brands. Brief and work closely with other wider teams regarding your brand moments ensuring excellent execution in line with your strategy: Comms, Digital, VM, Sales, Training and Finance. Understand ROI and the effectiveness of spend per activity Support the Senior Marketing Manager in building strategic presentations

You are a Coty FIT:
Passion for Skincare and Luxury
Knowledge about China/ APAC
A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree ideally in management/marketing
Highly numerate – strong analytically
2-5 Years of experience in marketing, skincare
Strong Communication skills – written and verbal
Excellent presentation skills
Highly organized with prioritization skills
Experienced in a premium or retail environment and can demonstrate commercial knowledge of market levers.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other functions/brands/divisions
An eye for aesthetics and a willingness to learn about specialist industries
Ability to inspire, motivate, coach and develop people
