The role is based in EMEA tied to any Cargill location (subject to a compliance check). Hybrid working is available, fully remote will be considered.

The Global Professional Sourcing and Recruiting Lead is responsible for defining and leading Cargill’s talent acquisition strategy to support the company’s continued growth and transformation while strengthening the recruiting model and related programs globally. This role will develop, design, and deliver global sourcing and recruiting for all professional recruiting in a high-volume and complex business environment. This individual will inspire and engage a global and regional team while elevating the team into a market leading TA organization. This role will be a high impact business partner with the business, functions and HR leadership, by identifying and addressing talent gaps, hire high performing diverse talent, implementing cutting edge sourcing tools and processes, further building on existing programs around diversity and employer branding, assuring the highest level of service delivery for Talent acquisition and be active member of TA COE Leadership team. The role will ensure an excellent hiring manager and candidate experience for all stages of the recruiting process.

Key Accountabilities:
In alignment with the global TA strategy, develop and execute a global professional talent acquisition strategy focused on establishing robust pipelines of qualified candidates, delivering a best-in-class employment brand drawing top talent to Cargill.
Lead the execution of best-in-class practices for end-to-end candidate experience inclusive of sourcing, screening, interviewing, communication, selection and transition to onboarding.
Collaborate with key stakeholders early and often to identify talent needs, build talent pipelines, and prioritize hiring efforts by business and function.
Ensure Cargill’s diversity, equity and inclusion practices and principles are embedded and a part of ongoing delivery in our processes. Maintain external awareness and understanding of impact of social, geopolitical, and technological changes on the organization.
Lead, manage, develop, and scale a team of TA leaders, recruiters, and sourcers to attract and hire top talent across the globe.
Develop and maintain effective recruiting, hiring manager and candidate experience, including candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection. Leverage employment branding and marketing strategies, to attract and retain top talent.
Manage the professional recruitment budget, ensuring resources are optimally invested and utilized effectively, with emphasis on industry benchmarked performance measurements.
Accountable for TA metrics and goals including quality of applicant pools and hires, diversity, numbers of hires, time to fill, hiring manager and candidate satisfaction and cost per hire. Analyzes success against metrics and creates plans to achieve ongoing improvement in results.
Create and maintain relationships with external partners and talent channels such as job boards, recruitment agencies, universities, and other venues and evaluate their effectiveness.
Creates and deploys Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for best hiring practices, talent sourcing (including innovative pipeline and bench strategies), vendor selection, and vendor management.
Benchmark, network and share with the business and TA, talent market insights and trends and best practices to evolve TA sourcing and recruiting strategies.
Deliver operational excellence by proactively managing team capacity, and delivering on operational mechanisms to address aging requisitions, ensuring delivery within SLAs and following established governance expectations for engaging external partners and/or vendors.
Establishes vendor Quarterly Business Review (QBR) framework and timeline.
Owns global talent programs inclusive of University Relations/Recruiting, Internship Program.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience
At least 15 years of experience in Human Resources across multiple talent disciplines that drive a comprehensive talent strategy, such as Talent Acquisition.
10+ years of people leadership experience including leading other people managers with strong team alignment, engagement, and performance outcomes.
Deep and broad global expertise and experience using effective strategies to source and recruit talent across multiple channels and sources – and across multiple geographies and at multiple levels (early career through executive)
Strong financial acumen and demonstrated focus on operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience scaling talent acquisition teams to meet business needs.
Experience creating and implementing diversity focused strategy for greater impact on our DEI initiatives.
Knowledge of approaches to drive candidate/applicant volume, recruitment process workflows and understanding employment laws and regulations related to recruitment processes globally.
Recent experience in a fast-paced, multinational company
Proven track record of developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies in a complex global organization.
Excellent leadership skills, with demonstrated experiencing building, managing, and retaining a high-performing global team.
