Your field of responsibility

In this role, you will be the strategic people partner to the Chief Financial Officer. Together with your small team, you will drive the people agenda for Finance and provide advice and guidance that enables the Finance management to leverage their people portfolio. You support the business in all major human capital topics. Identifying business improvement opportunities, challenging the status quo, and leading change management initiatives are also part of your role.

Your skills and experience

You have a background in Human Resources and/or bring several years of proven leadership experience to the table. You have held positions where you successfully acted as trusted advisor to the top management with proven value add. For this demanding role, you will be a good match if you are/have
  • Seasoned People/HR Business Partner with strong knowledge of HR best practices in talent development, performance management, compensation, policy/procedure development, organizational design and training and development
  • Strong business acumen with strategic, entrepreneurial and conceptual abilities
  • An analytical perspective and the ability to quickly understand business strategy and implications on people
  • A dedicated and agile attitude with strong consulting and influencing skills and high competence in stakeholder management
  • Solid background in change- and project management
  • Fluency in English
  • A degree in an area related to Business Administration, Human Resources, or advanced studies
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
